Cast Bronze Plaques and Markers

Bronze castings are the material of choice for interior as well as exterior applications. A cast plaque is vandal resistant - the graphics can not be removed and the metal will not easily break. Durable for exterior installations, cast metal plaques withstand heat and bitter cold.

Cast Bronze (Equivalent to Copper Development Association Alloy C92000; 88% copper, 6% tin, 4% zinc, 2% lead) is used for cast bronze plaques. Plaques are given a protective lacquer clear-coating after the backgrounds are painted and the face is sanded.

Etched Bronze Plaques
Etched plaques are ideal for reproducing images with fine detail and small lettering. ADA compliant graphics can be created through deep-etching metal plaques.
Commercial Bronze, 90/10 (Copper Development Association Alloy C22000; 90% copper, 10% zinc) is used as a standard for our etched bronze plaques (other material variations are available). This alloy is lead and mercury free. Commercial Bronze is a close color match to our cast bronze alloy. Plaques are given a protective gloss lacquer clear-coating after the backgrounds are painted. Specify Interior or Exterior.

Artwork Approval: All plaques must be approved in writing by the customer before production.
Custom Artwork Requirements: All custom plaque orders (i.e. company logos, company specific type styles, altered type style, etc.) require vector based artwork. Preferred file types are: eps, dxf, cdr.
ADA Compliancy: Plaque Signs may be custom manufactured to meet ADA requirements.
